What started as a favor turned into a comeback story. Jim came out of retirement just to buff one camper—and he’s been back ever since! With countless years of experience in fiberglass repair, paintwork, and body restoration, Jim brings unmatched skill and craftsmanship to every project he touches.
Known around the shop as a wealth of knowledge, Jim’s steady hands and sharp eye for detail are only rivaled by his dedication to helping others learn the trade. Whether he’s perfecting a finish or sharing tips with the next generation of techs, Jim reminds us daily that passion for the craft never fades.
We’re lucky he keeps coming back—for our customers, our team, and our coffee pot.


Charles Canaday
Mobile Technician- Zone 2
With a strong background in troubleshooting and diagnostics, Charles brings discipline, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to the Rocky Valley RV team. Fresh out of specialized RV technician training, he’s eager to apply his skills, learn from our experienced crew, and go the extra mile to serve our customers.
