Let Us Handle the Logistics
Can’t tow it? We can help.
We understand that some of our most critical repairs—like suspension failure or structural damage—make towing your rig difficult or stressful. If your job requires a shop visit but you aren't able to move your unit, let us know. We can help arrange professional transportation for your RV to our Dandridge Service Center, ensuring it arrives safely and is returned to you better than factory-spec.

Before You Call for Mobile Service
To help us get you back to adventuring as fast as possible, please have the following ready:
-
Make, Model, and Year of your RV.
-
Appliance Brand: (e.g., Is it a Dometic, Coleman, or Furrion unit?)
-
Specific Symptoms: (e.g., "The A/C fan runs, but it isn't blowing cold air.")
-
Location: Your specific campground and site number.
What payment methods does Rocky Valley RV accept for mobile repairs? We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Please note that payment is due immediately upon completion of the service call. To ensure secure and efficient processing for our mobile technicians, we do not accept cash or personal checks for mobile service appointments.
Do I need to be present at my RV during the mobile service appointment? While we prefer for you to be present during service to discuss findings, we understand if you are out of town or away from your campsite. If you cannot be there, please inform us in advance so we can gather access details. Once the work is complete, we will send a digital invoice with secure payment options for easy, remote processing.
What is your mobile service area? We primarily serve Jefferson, Hamblen, Sevier, and Cocke counties. This includes frequent service to campgrounds and residences in Dandridge, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Morristown, and Kodak. If you are staying at Douglas Lake or Cherokee Lake, we are likely just minutes away!
How does the Service Call fee work? Our mobile service involves a flat-rate service call fee that covers the travel and logistics of bringing our tools and expertise to your location. This fee is based on your location and we will discuss it with you when you call in. Diagnostic time and repairs are billed in addition to the service call.
What if my repair is too big to be done at my campsite? While we can handle most appliance, HVAC, and plumbing issues on-site, certain structural or safety jobs (like roof replacements or axle service) require our specialized shop equipment. In these cases, we can help arrange professional transportation for your unit to our Dandridge Service Center.
Do you perform warranty work on the road? We work with most Extended Service Contracts (aftermarket warranties) on the road. For Manufacturer (Factory) Warranties, our process is "Pay and Reimburse." Because we are an independent service provider, the customer is responsible for obtaining authorization from the manufacturer and paying Rocky Valley RV for the repairs at the time of service. You can then submit our detailed invoice to the manufacturer for reimbursement. Please have your VIN and provider information ready so we can assist you with the necessary documentation.
Do I need to have my own water or power hookups for the repair? It depends on the job. For A/C repairs, we generally need you to be plugged into shore power (30/50 amp). For plumbing issues, having water in the tank or a city water connection is helpful for testing. If you are "boondocking" without hookups, please let us know in advance.
Can you perform an annual inspection (English, Smoky, or Le Conte Plan) via mobile service? Absolutely. Many of our customers prefer to have their seasonal maintenance performed while they are set up at a local campground. We can perform full roof inspections, safety checks, and appliance servicing right at your site.
