CrazySeal: The 50-Year Warranty RV Roof System
The Permanent Solution for RV Roof Protection in East Tennessee.

Stop worrying about annual caulking and seasonal leaks. At Rocky Valley RV, we are certified installers of CrazySeal, a high-performance, seamless membrane designed to protect your investment for half a century. Unlike standard rubber (EPDM) or TPO roofs that degrade in the sun and rain, CrazySeal is engineered to withstand the elements without cracking, peeling, or leaking.

Why Choose the 50-Year CrazySeal System?

  • Unmatched Longevity: Backed by a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty, this is likely the last roof your RV will ever need.

  • Maintenance-Free: Say goodbye to the endless cycle of lap sealant and "roof treatments."

  • Superior Reflection: The high-solids white, grey or tan coating reflects UV rays, keeping your RV interior significantly cooler during Tennessee summers.

  • Seamless Protection: Because it is a poured/rolled system, there are no seams to fail—even around vents, fans, and antennas.

Leave the Ladder to Us: Why Rocky Valley is the CrazySeal Expert

A Premium Coating Requires a Structural Foundation

A liquid roof system is only as strong as what lies beneath it. Many DIY projects and low-cost shops make the mistake of applying coatings directly over an aging or compromised membrane.

As you can see in the photo, applying a new coating over a failing roof often creates a "greenhouse effect." The new layer traps heat and moisture, which can chemically break down the original glue bond between your rubber/TPO membrane and the wooden decking. This results in unsightly bubbling and total adhesion failure. At Rocky Valley RV, we don't just "paint" your roof; we inspect and prep the structural decking to ensure your CrazySeal system has a rock-solid foundation to bond to for the next 50 years.

The blistering you see here is a death sentence for a flat roof. Most 'bucket store' coatings trap moisture, leading to the exact chemical separation shown above.

The Rocky Valley RV Standard: Restoration, Not Just Repair

With the "skin" of the RV gone, the extent of the rot in the rafters and insulation is now fully visible, a necessary step before installing new RV roof decking.

We don’t just "fix" roofs—we re-engineer them. To guarantee that CrazySeal performs for the lifetime of your RV, we provide a foundation that is better than the day it left the factory.

1. The Full Reveal

We remove every single attachment—AC units, vents, solar panels—and strip the old membrane down to the bare bones. You cannot fix what you cannot see.

2. Forensic Inspection & Remediation

We inspect every inch of the structural deck.

  • Decking & Rafters: If it’s soft, rotted, or cracked, we replace it.

  • Insulation: Wet insulation is a weight and mold hazard; we swap it out for fresh material.

  • Bio-Hazard Cleanup: We don't hide mold. We clean and treat all affected areas to ensure your family is breathing clean air.

3. Creating the "Zero-Flex" Foundation

Here is where we pull away from the competition: We don’t trust old, staples-and-glue factory decking to hold a premium seal. We install a brand-new sub-deck, mechanically fastened with screws over the factory decking.

This creates a perfectly smooth, ultra-stable surface. It eliminates the movement that causes traditional roofs to tear and ensures that the CrazySeal product has the best possible bond.

4. The CrazySeal Evolution

Only after the structure is perfect do we apply the CrazySeal system. Because it’s applied to a fresh, clean sub-deck, the chemical bond is permanent. No bubbles, no separation, no failures. Just a seamless, monolithic shield.

Why pay for a "cheap" roof coating twice when you can invest in a Rocky Valley RV restoration once? We provide the foundation; CrazySeal provides the protection.
